The interview process will be structured to test candidates based on these attributes. When complete, the hiring team, led by the hiring manager, will know exactly who and what to look for.

Step 3: Job listing (casting your net)


<aside> ℹ️ There are many websites (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Angellist) on which you can publish your available roles, and there are plenty of services for your hiring process & pipeline (Lever, Rippling), some of which allowing you to embed job listings directly on your website.

Being a Notion fan, I prefer creating my job listings in Notion. I still use external services to help market the job listing to more people. The below template Careers @ Company (Template) can be used to create your job page, and the database below contains a template for creating individual job listings. For scalability purposes, both pages make use of the Job pages | Synced Building Blocks.

If you like using LLM’s, you could also consider creating your Job Listings by simply copy-pasting your ScoreCard into your preferred tool (e.g. ChatGPT, Bard, other).
